You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content from the aes365 Platform without the prior written consent of aes365. Unauthorised use of aes365 intellectual property may result in legal proceedings.
aes365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
aes365 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or internal policy.

aes365 strictly enforces its 18+ policy. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the originating Payment Method where possible.
aes365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used Payment Method after applicable checks have been completed. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits aes365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. aes365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aes365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, aes365 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date stated in the updated document.
Your continued use of the aes365 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. aes365 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play standards. aes365 does not make representations regarding specific licensing or regulatory approval from any particular government body.
In the event of a dispute between you and aes365, you agree to first contact the aes365 support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. aes365 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days. aes365 reserves the right to make a final determination on any betting or gaming dispute based on its records of Platform activity, which shall be considered the authoritative record in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
